Payment Method
At Hollywood Feed, payments are made using a credit card or debit card. The account will be charged the initial amount, and all recurring charges, using the payment method used to create your subscription account or as otherwise directed.
To update or change the payment method, one can follow these steps:
- Click this link, or go to your Account and then select "Payment Methods" on the left-side menu.
- Select the payment method you would like to update.
- Re-enter the card number and CVV code, and update any other information as needed.
- To delete a payment method, click "Delete" in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Ensure the correct Billing Address is selected.
- Click "Save Payment Method".
Please note that a payment method that is associated with an AutoShip cannot be deleted. You must first change the payment method associated with the AutoShip to a different card, and then you can delete the payment method. Hollywood Feed Return Policy?
At Hollywood Feed, there is a Hollywood Feed Promise. If your pet doesn't love it or if you don't love it, they will gladly replace or refund it. This includes open bags of treats and food. However, it does not accommodate for the destruction of toys or beds, or for normal wear and tear for these items.
If you have a specific item you'd like to return and get a refund for, you can take it into your nearest Hollywood Feed store, and one of their associates would be happy to assist you. If you do not live near a Hollywood Feed store, please contact their Customer Service team with your order number or the phone number associated with your account, and their staff will be happy to assist you in that process. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You'll be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. But they promise they'll get it to you as fast as they can!
If a product offered by Hollywood Feed is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product for a replacement or refund pursuant to the Hollywood Feed Promise.
